In this intermediate course, participants will gain a better understanding on how to improve customer engagement by delving into the customer persona and their respective preferences. These preferences are always evolving but understanding that they are helps the learners improve the touchpoints of interaction with their customers, specifically by using social media applications. Leveraging on the use of technology will bring forth positive results that can make the customer experience, and consequently, the customer journey an enjoyable one.
