In this intermediate course, participants will have a comprehensive view of the methods of collaboration, relying mostly on common online tools in order to work effectively in a hybrid environment. Evident in the sequence of learning units, participants will be exposed to learning topics on collaboration that start from goal setting to implementation of action to feedback and evaluation. By the end of the course, participants will not only gain a better understanding of building relationships and collaboration but will also apply these new-found understanding in a hybrid work environment which is the model of work employed by most companies and organisations at present.

This course gives a good overview of what a lot of workers are experiencing at the moment, providing a great avenue for participants to learn from other participants in class, forging a robust experiential and collaborative learning that is part of the thrust of the critical core skills that we want them to learn.

Minimum Requirement

• Age: between 30 and 55 years old
• Education: Primary education; Secondary education; NITEC graduates
• Literacy/Numeracy level: WPLN Level 3 or 4
