Course Description

How are you leading your communication strategy in your organisation? Take a look at your past year’s efforts. Did you provide clear and consistent communications to your team members and customers during the pandemic? How was your employee engagement at that time? Did it rise or did it fall?

This is just one example of how you may gauge how effective your leadership communication is. A good organisational leader must be able to inspire and motivate employees for win-win outcomes.

So many organisations, however, do not invest in developing the communication skills of their leaders, possibly because of the assumption that communication strategies and routines are complicated. This is far from true.

In this course, learn the principles of leadership communication and engagement. Be able to evaluate and identify gaps and barriers in your workplace communication and negotiate with internal and external audiences to achieve mutually satisfactory outcomes.
