This course covers essential skills for empathetic communication to minimize misunderstandings, developing relevant pitch strategies, and presenting ideas in a structured manner. Learners also learn techniques for giving and receiving feedback, considering stakeholders’ backgrounds, and identifying areas for improvement post-presentation. What you will learn

This course empowers learners to pitch ideas with conviction by developing effective communication strategies, presenting structured ideas, and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. Learners will be able to:

Communicate with Empathy – Engage with co-workers empathetically to minimize misunderstandings on operational issues and foster a collaborative environment.
Develop a Targeted Pitch Strategy – Create a relevant pitch strategy tailored to the target audience, applying problem-solving techniques and using suitable communication channels.
Deliver a Persuasive and Structured Pitch – Present ideas clearly and confidently, encouraging open conversations and adjusting communication style based on stakeholder responses.
Respond to Feedback and Engage Effectively – Use appropriate techniques to give and receive feedback during interactions, adapting to stakeholders’ backgrounds and communication styles.
