What you will learn

This course will teach you advanced techniques in risk management and mitigation, emphasizing structured problem-solving frameworks. Learners will be able to:

Determine Risk Management Objectives – Align problem-solving processes with organizational vision, goals, and emerging trends.
Anticipate Potential Issues – Identify and mitigate risks, evaluate variables impacting outcomes, and direct conflict resolution.
