In this beginner course, participants will learn how to handle and respond to changing work situations while finding ways to grow. They will be introduced to self-care and self-awareness techniques, how to process information, and how their decisions impact the organization. Key topics include self-awareness, problem-solving, asking the right questions, self-care, generating new ideas, and tracking work performance as things change. By the end of the course, participants will be able to adjust their work to new challenges, support their company’s plans for change, and stay relevant and strong in a shifting industry.

Minimum Requirement

1. Education level is likely to be GCE ‘N’ Credit (at least C6) in English or WPLN score of Level 3 for Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing and Numeracy, or
2. With at least a lower secondary education or its equivalent.
