This course will enable you to improve your digital literacy skills and afford you with resources to contribute actively to the organisation. This includes the use of digital applications such as MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to create artefacts such as spreadsheets, reports and presentations to be presented to stakeholders. You will learn about data privacy policies; steps to conduct research to gather information; how to use digital apps to create artefacts and how to engage stakeholders during the presentation.

• The tricks to a smooth oral presentation
• Organising your digital assets for easy retrieval
• Storing your digital assets securely per organisation SOP
• Backing-up your digital assets

Hands-on Training

You will produce 2 Work-Related Projects which you can use immediately at your workplace:

• A simple chart analysis using a spreadsheet
• A scripted narrative of your proposed presentation using digital cue cards
