What you will learn

This course empowers learners to foster a harmonious work culture by recognizing unconscious biases, building tolerance for diversity, supporting inclusive practices, and participating in inclusivity efforts. Learners will be able to:

Recognize and Address Unconscious Bias – Identify steps to remove unconscious bias in oneself and assess personal behavior when working in a diverse environment.
Foster Tolerance for Diversity – Demonstrate understanding and tolerance when interacting with people from diverse backgrounds by recognizing personal values, beliefs, and attitudes.
Support Inclusive Work Practices – Contribute to building an inclusive work culture by adhering to organizational policies and demonstrating respect for diverse perspectives.
