In this intermediate level course, participants will learn to develop new business strategies using digital tools such as brainstorming apps, mind mapping software, and collaboration platforms to find the most effective solutions for the workplace. Learners will explore various visualization techniques to overcome creative barriers, incorporating both convergent and divergent thinking. The course covers essential topics, including innovative thinking, research methods, quick data analysis, and effective use of digital tools. Participants will also focus on coordinating with team members, creating implementation plans, and evaluating the impact of new ideas and improvements on workplace processes.
