This course introduces the core skills needed to deliver consistent and meaningful service excellence. Learners will explore the common barriers that affect service quality, the behaviours expected of service professionals, and ways to customise service to support organisational goals. The course strengthens communication techniques, helps participants recognise diverse customer needs, and equips them to identify opportunities to exceed expectations. Learners will also practise handling feedback and escalating issues correctly. These competencies are highly valued across service-driven industries and can boost employability, open doors to frontline roles, and support career progression in customer-facing environments.
