Workshop Highlights
Workshop #1: Exploring Food Delivery and Ride-Hailing Apps
• Introduction to food delivery apps (i.e. FoodPanda, Deliveroo, Grab)
• Navigating menus, placing orders and tracking deliveries
• Introduction to ride-hailing apps (i.e. Grab, CDG Zig, Gojek, Tada, Ryde)
• Sending couriers using GrabExpress services
Workshop #2: Online Shopping and Payment
• Overview of online marketplaces (i.e. Lazada, Shopee) and grocery delivery platforms (i.e. Redmart, Cart, Sheng Shiong, Fairprice)
• Browsing products, creating shopping lists, and placing orders
• Introduction to digital payment platforms (i.e. Paypal)
Workshop #3: Mastering Online Banking and Digital Security
