SSA Academy, in collaboration with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)’s SkillsFuture Festival, will be organizing a Forum-cum-Workshop event on 1st August, 10am to 4pm, at Lifelong Learning Institute. This year’s forum is titled “Digital Solutions and Soft Skills in Overcoming F&B Challenges” – targeting F&B owners and managers like yourself who may be looking to optimize your business operations through digital solutions (i.e. social media, etc.) and explore essential soft skills to overcome common pain points of the F&B industry. Gracing this event is our Guest-of-Honor, Mr. Fahmi Aliman, Mayor of South East District.

Programme:

In the morning session, our esteemed panelists will discuss the topic of “Leveraging on Digital Solutions and Soft Skills In Overcoming F&B Challenges”. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the forum for you to pose any questions for the panelists.

After lunch (provided), there will be a 2-hour break-out session where you may choose between two impactful workshops to attend for a deeper dive into these topics:

Workshop #1 – Sustainability: Dive into waste disposal basics and efficient processes.

Workshop #2 – Digital Branding: Learn the art of compelling content creation and targeted advertising.
