• Navigating menus, placing orders and tracking deliveries

• Introduction to ride-hailing apps (i.e. Grab, CDG Zig, Gojek, Tada, Ryde)

• Sending couriers using GrabExpress services

Workshop #2: Online Shopping and Payment

• Overview of online marketplaces (i.e. Lazada, Shopee) and grocery delivery platforms (i.e. Redmart, Cart, Sheng Shiong, Fairprice)

• Browsing products, creating shopping lists, and placing orders

• Introduction to digital payment platforms (i.e. Paypal)

• Recognising and avoiding online scams

• Identifying phishing attempts and suspicious emails

• Two-factor authentication and secure connections

Workshop #4: Maximise Space and Sales with Carousell

• Setting up Carousell account

• Listing items for sale

• Managing inquiries and negotiations

• Closing the deal

• Handling feedback and ratings

• Tips for a successful selling experience
(Participants will need to come to class with pictures of at least 5 items that they would like to list on Carousell)
