In this basic-level Critical Core Skills course, participants will learn how to use the Internet and AI-powered tools to support their career and learning development. The course covers essential skills such as searching for job and skills-related information, navigating career and learning portals, and evaluating the credibility of online sources. Participants will also learn how to identify their skills gaps and develop a personal Career Growth Plan using digital and AI tools. In addition, the course addresses safe online practices, including data protection and cybersecurity awareness. This course is relevant for individuals seeking employment or career progression in today’s digital and AI-driven workplace.
