This course helps learners understand how generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Assistant, Siri for iPhone users, and basic Canva can support work tasks and spark innovation. Learners will be guided step by step to explore how these tools can be used for writing, voice-based searches, and simple visual content creation. Through practical examples and hands-on activities, they will gain confidence using common AI tools to support planning and teamwork. The course also introduces key concepts such as data protection and responsible digital use. It is suitable for beginners comfortable with basic smartphone and app use.

What you will learn

Generative AI for Business Innovation is designed to help learners understand and support the use of AI tools in the workplace. Learners will be able to:

Understand what generative AI is and how it can make daily work tasks easier
Identify simple ways to use AI at work to save time or reduce effort
Learn how to support your team when AI tools are introduced
Try beginner-friendly AI tools for writing, organising details, or helping with simple reports
Know how to use AI safely, with care for privacy and ethics
Share AI-related ideas and suggestions with your team confidently

This course builds digital confidence and practical skills to help learners support innovation and contribute to digital improvements in the workplace.

Minimum Requirement

Able to operate using computer functions
Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels Passes including English or WPL Level 5 (Average of Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing Scores)
Learners must bring their own cellphone or laptop
