Innovating with Generative AI: A Game-Changer for Business

Discover how Generative AI can transform the way learners innovate, communicate, and solve problems across industries. Learners will gain hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, DALL·E, Synthesia, Manus, Chatbase, and Suno to generate content, automate workflows, and build AI-powered solutions. Activities include crafting prompts, designing chatbots, producing multimedia, and applying AI in strategic planning using frameworks like SWOT and Design Thinking. Learners will also explore ethical, legal, and data governance considerations to ensure responsible AI adoption aligned with organisational goals in business, nonprofit, education, and public service contexts. 

What you will learn

  • Learners will identify key applications of Generative AI across text, image, audio, video, and chatbot tools. They will explore how these tools support productivity and creativity. 
  • Learners will describe the evolution, capabilities, and ethical issues of Generative AI. They will assess its impact on workplace practices. 
  • Learners will apply prompt engineering techniques to guide AI tools in producing relevant and high-quality outputs. 
  • Learners will analyse business challenges using SWOT, STEEP, and Design Thinking frameworks. They will propose strategic directions based on their analysis. 
  • Learners will design AI-powered solutions such as business model canvases, digital workflows, and stakeholder plans. They will present these using digital tools. 
  • Learners will create multimedia content using AI tools for marketing, outreach, and storytelling. 
  • Learners will evaluate AI integration using impact metrics, feedback loops, and improvement strategies. 
  • Learners will implement responsible AI practices aligned with organisational goals and data governance policies. 

Minimum Requirement

  • Able to operate using computer functions
  • Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels Passes including English or WPL Level 5 (Average of Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing Scores)
  • Learners must bring their own laptop
