What you will learn

Learners will be able to:

1. Understand the principles of systems thinking methodologies, systems thinking tools, decision analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

2. Apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and researching skills to achieve desired goals.

3. Use system thinking, system modelling, decision-making tools, corrective action mechanisms, and documentation systems to solve complex issues within organizations and to develop and implement solutions that address these issues.
