Make a significant contribution to your organization by learning and applying quality systems to create and improve projects and outputs. You can effectively plan out your work activities with your team leader or supervisors by using quality systems. Learn quality systems to maintain work quality and make improvements when necessary.

What you will learn

Establish job and quality objectives according to work instructions, organisational quality procedures and policies.
Plan work activities to meet quality system requirements with supervisor or designated personnel.
Report any abnormalities and problems encountered in planning daily work and maintaining work quality to designated personnel according to organisational quality procedures.
Monitor quality outcomes according to organisational quality procedures.
Detect and report non conformities according to organisational quality procedures.
Ensure that corrective actions (CA) are followed up on and closed with effectiveness check according to organisational quality procedures.
Provide feedback to improve on quality system and work processes according to organisational quality procedures.
Contribute to organisational improvement projects according to organisational quality procedures.
