This course equips HR professionals with practical knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and its impact on talent management and recruitment. Participants will explore how tools like ChatGPT, PowerPoint Copilot, Adobe Firefly, and HR platforms such as HireVue, Eightfold AI, and Beamery can enhance HR workflows—from resume screening and onboarding to policy drafting and employee engagement. The course includes real-world case studies, interactive activities, and implementation planning. It also addresses legal, ethical, and data security considerations, helping learners design responsible AI-driven HR solutions that align with organizational goals and support innovation through digital transformation.

• Learners will examine how Generative AI enhances Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) by detecting bias and generating inclusive content. 
• Learners will use AI-powered chatbots and sentiment analysis to improve employee experience and engagement. 
• Learners will assess legal, ethical, and data protection considerations when implementing Generative AI in HR, including PDPA compliance and fairness in decision-making. 
• Learners will develop action plans for integrating Generative AI into HR functions by conducting feasibility studies and identifying success metrics.

• Able to operate using computer functions
• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels Passes including English or WPL Level 5 (Average of Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing Scores)
