This advanced-level Critical Core Skills course equips learners with the skills and strategies to create and deliver professional presentations using digital artefacts. Learners will explore the latest digital tools and platforms, develop engaging work artefacts, and present them effectively to stakeholders. The course covers digital project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management, ensuring that presentations are clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals. Learners will also gain insights into improving the creation process, managing cybersecurity risks, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations to deliver impactful and secure presentations in a professional setting.

What you will learn

This course equips learners with the expertise to create and deliver professional presentations using digital artefacts.

Apply Digital Tools and Strategies – Identify and apply suitable digital tools and emerging trends to create professional work artefacts that align with stakeholder expectations.
Create and Present Work Artefacts – Develop and present work artefacts using effective communication strategies and digital tools to engage stakeholders.
Manage Digital Implementation – Oversee the progress of digital technology implementation, manage change barriers, and enhance stakeholder engagement through clear communication.
Ensure Data Security and Compliance – Identify cybersecurity risks, direct compliance with data privacy policies, and apply strategies to safeguard digital content.
Recommend Improvements – Analyse the creation process, recommend enhancements, and mitigate future cybersecurity and compliance risks.

The course emphasises strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. Learners will develop expertise in digital presentation tools, project management platforms, and data security protocols. They will also strengthen their ability to manage digital transformation, engage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity policies, enhancing their ability to create and deliver professional presentations.

Minimum Requirement

Education: Higher NITEC; GCE O; GCE A; Diploma graduates
Literacy/Numeracy level: WPLN Level 5
