This course is about enabling learners to apply continuous improvement processes to improve products, services, or processes to create gradual improvements over time or breakthrough improvement all at once. Taking the course will help learners gain knowledge on the importance and purpose of continuous improvement and how it affects systems and processes when it is implemented in the workplace. The course presents a step-by-step process on how to apply continuous improvement so that the learners can grasp its effect and replicate the process in their respective workplaces.
