What you will learn

This course equips learners with the skills, tools, and practical understanding needed to use Generative AI for strategic planning and organisational decision-making in Singapore’s non-profit and social service sector.

1. Identify external trends using AI-powered PESTLE scans and understand how these factors may influence organisational direction and long-term planning in Singapore.
2. Recognise internal strengths and gaps through AI-assisted SWOT analysis and describe how these insights inform strategic choices for non-profit and community-based organisations.
3. Apply Generative AI tools to generate strategic options, explore alternative future scenarios, and compare different possible outcomes relevant to Singapore’s evolving social and economic landscape.
4. Develop action plans by using AI to outline tasks, sequence activities, estimate resources, and anticipate potential risks in organisational implementation.
5. Construct purpose and impact statements by refining the organisation’s vision, mission, values, and Theory of Change using AI support.
