Learning To Work Smart

This beginner-friendly course is designed to help learners work smarter by improving workplace processes and performance. Through practical tools such as process analysis, data collection methods, and creative ideation techniques, learners will build competencies to identify root causes of work issues, develop innovative solutions, and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement. Alongside traditional approaches, the course introduces selected AI tools—such as Qualtrics for survey analysis, Otter.ai for interview transcription, and Miro for AI-enhanced brainstorming and mind mapping—that learners can explore to further boost efficiency and creativity in their workflows. Applicable across industries, the skills acquired in this course strengthen employability by enabling learners to optimise workflows, improve productivity, and contribute meaningfully to organisational goals while supporting both job performance and career
