    Analyse the need for virtual collaboration in achieving organisational goals and objectives. Establish a virtual team and supporting infrastructure to operationalise virtual collaboration. Foster cohesion and commitment among virtual team members towards common goals and objectives. Manage virtual team’s performance in line with goals and objectives set.

    Facilitate the implementation of a productivity framework according to a productivity roadmap and developed action plan.

    Apply systems thinking tools to assess problems so as to formulate and implement solutions to address organisational issues typically encountered by managers.

  1. Develop Personal Effectiveness at Management Level
    Apply knowledge and skills such as establishing personal goals and relating them to workplace goals, managing time effectively, maintaining work-life balance, and managing stress as well as personal finances so as to optimise effectiveness at work.
