This course enables learners to understand the foundations of PR campaign development in a fast-moving social media environment. They will be able to start using these building blocks to design and execute a campaign and evaluate its effectiveness for future improvement and implementation.

establish the key elements of a PR campaign plan.
develop a sound PR campaign plan in a timely manner for implementation.
use appropriate tools and strategies, specifically social media, to maintain the organisation’s corporate image, especially in a crisis.
review and improve the PR campaign plan based on its effectiveness and social feedback.
