Course Description

How do you get the best out of yourself when you are feeling burned out? Are you also feeling listless, useless, or depressed? Are you feeling stuck in daily routines or feeling overwhelmed by demands at work?

Such ‘lows’ in our mental-emotional health do happen occasionally. Are you worried that your personal state will affect your job performance? That’s a valid concern because how you feel and think is inextricably linked to how effective you are at work. As much as your motives and beliefs drive your job performance, they can also limit it.

Where do you go from here? You need to regain your sense of balance. You need to learn to make the best use of your time, talents, and resources. You need to figure out where in your life things seem to be going wrong and correct them.

This course will guide you in establishing personal goals that you can align to workplace goals. (Yes, your personal and workplace goals need not be in opposition; you just need to find the right perspectives to reconcile them.)

Learn to manage your time, stress levels, and personal finances effectively. When you are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance, you can optimise your effectiveness at work.
